On 11 August 2025, GreenRE achieved a special milestone — our first completed certification in Langkawi.
Our Executive Director, Ir. Ashwin Thurairajah, Senior Manager, Ts. Nur Fateha Jamaludin, and Marketing Manager, Juanita Lourdes, attended the certificate presentation ceremony, where we were honoured to present the Silver Energy Certificate (EC v1.0) to Majlis Perbandaran Langkawi Bandaraya Pelancongan. The certificate was received by Tuan Mohd Hamri Bin Abidin, AMK, Yang DiPertua Majlis Perbandaran Langkawi Bandaraya Pelancongan, alongside Dr. Joseph Kong, Director of DME Solution Sdn Bhd.
This achievement reflects Langkawi’s clear commitment to enhancing energy efficiency and embracing sustainable building practices — an important step towards a greener, more resilient island.
