Located in Kuching, Sól Estate, Phase 1 showcases modern and sustainable living through thoughtful planning and green design principles. The homes feature energy-efficient LED lighting, low-flow water fittings, and rainwater harvesting systems, while building orientation and design promote natural daylight and cross ventilation to reduce energy use. This recognition highlights the project’s commitment to reducing environmental impact and promoting a healthier, more sustainable lifestyle for its residents.
