GreenRE is pleased to present the GreenRE Provisional Certification (Gold Award) under Residential Category (RES) v3.3 to WM Senibong Sdn Bhd for two of its residential projects, Kew Woods and Hillview Residence. Both projects have achieved Provisional Certification (Gold Award), reflecting a strong commitment to sustainability with green design principles thoughtfully integrated from the early planning and development stages.
The certificate presentation was attended by Mr Ling Ngie Soon, Director, Project of WM Senibong Sdn Bhd, Ir. Ashwin Thurairajah, Executive Director of GreenRE, Mr Seri Ramloo Ramaloo, Senior Manager (Planning & Design) of WM Senibong Sdn Bhd, Mr Lim You Sheng, Assistant Project Manager of WM Senibong Sdn Bhd, along with other representatives from WM Senibong Sdn Bhd and DME Solutions Sdn Bhd.
