GreenRE was honoured to be part of the Sabah Housing and Real Estate Developers Association (SHAREDA) signature annual gala — SHAREDA Nite 2025, held on 25 October 2025 at The Magellan Ballroom, Sutera Harbour Resort.
As part of the evening’s highlights, GreenRE presented certificates to four exemplary GreenRE-certified projects in Sabah, recognising their leadership in sustainable building and design.

• Mercedes-Benz Autohaus @ Kota Kinabalu – Trio Empireland Sdn Bhd (Gold)
• Menara Desa – Glowbest Sdn Bhd (Bronze)
• Majlis Perbandaran Penampang – Majlis Perbandaran Penampang (Gold)
The certificates were presented by Datuk Seri Michael Yam, witnessed by YB Datuk Seri Panglima Dr Joachim Gunsalam, representing YAB Datuk Seri Panglima Haji Hajiji Haji Noor, Chief Minister of Sabah, together with SHAREDA President Datuk Seri Panglima Chua Soon Ping, Deputy President Datuk Johnny Wong Chen Yee, and Mr. Benny Ng Su Pei.
