On 6 February 2026, GreenRE joined industry leaders at the REHDA Selangor & REHDA WPKL Members Outreach: A Teh Tarik Talk at One World Hotel, Bandar Utama, a timely platform for candid conversations on the realities facing today’s property developers.
Representing GreenRE, Ir. Ashwin Thurairajah, Executive Director, delivered a session on “Navigating the ESG Landscape.” The discussion focused on what ESG means in practical terms for developers, from regulatory expectations and investor scrutiny to integrating sustainability considerations into project planning, certification pathways, and long-term asset value.
