On 15 October 2025, GreenRE participated in the Signing Ceremony of Ex-HVAS and Handover of GreenRE Vista Tower Certification, held at Four Points by Sheraton, Kuala Lumpur.
During the ceremony, GreenRE Executive Director, Ir. Ashwin Thurairajah, presented the GreenRE Silver Final Certification to YBhg. Datuk Mohd Iskandar Dzulkarnain Ramli, Managing Director of AmanahRaya Kenedix REIT Manager Sdn Bhd.
Vista Tower achieved certification under the Existing Non-Residential Building (ENRB) Version 3.3 category, recognising its commitment to sustainability and operational excellence in building management.
