On 4 November 2025, in conjunction with Avaland’s Sustainability Day, GreenRE presented the Final GreenRE Certifications to four Avaland developments — Aetas Damansara (Platinum), Alira (Silver), Casa Embun (Silver) and Sanderling (Bronze).
The event featured opening remarks by Mr Apollo Bello Tanco, Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of Avaland Berhad, and Ir. Ashwin Thurairajah, Executive Director of GreenRE. The certification presentations were accompanied by Mr Aw Sei Cheh, Chief Operating Officer of Avaland Berhad, together with the Green Quarter team, including Mr Nic Chin, Founder & Managing Director, and Ms Tan Sie Ting, Associate Director.
This meaningful occasion highlighted Avaland’s commitment to sustainability in the built environment and the collective effort behind the certified projects.
