GreenRE at Asia Pacific University (APU)’s Workplace Professional Skills Session Ir. Ashwin Thurairajah, Executive Director of GreenRE, was invited by the Asia Pacific University of Technology & Innovation (APU) to share insights on “Current Hiring Trends in the Industry” during the university’s Workplace Skill Session held on 31 October 2025.
The session, attended by Business Management students, covered practical topics such as recruitment processes, interview preparation, and the key skills employers seek in today’s competitive job market. Ir. Ashwin also shared valuable perspectives on how sustainability and green building initiatives are creating new opportunities within the industry.
It was an engaging and meaningful session that connected classroom learning with real-world insights, inspiring students to be part of a more sustainable future.
