5 May 2025- GreenRE and DORMS Central Living Sdn Bhd formalised a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) at one of DORMS-managed premium 1,000-bed Centralised Labour Quarters (CLQ) located in Subang Jaya.
This collaboration reflects a shared commitment to advancing climate-responsive, socially inclusive, and sustainable development for Purpose-Built Workers’ Accommodations (PBWAs) across Malaysia.
The facility incorporates smart metering systems to track individual electricity and air-conditioning usage via a resident app, encouraging energy-conscious living. It also features design adaptations that respect the privacy and unique working hours of semi-professional shift workers, creating a comfortable and supportive living environment.
